New "Leave Seller Feedback" Page for Buyers

On September 13, 2007, we will begin testing a new page for leaving seller feedback.
The test will be set up so that only half of our users will see the new page. Once the test is complete, if we decide to proceed with using the new page, all users will then see it.
We are revising the page for leaving seller feedback because the existing page will not meet our business needs as we add new features. We are also making improvements based on the many comments we have received from merchants. Finally, we feel that the new page offers a greatly improved buyer experience.
Here are some highlights from among the many improvements to the new page:
* Only 1 click to reach the feedback page after logging in.
* All feedback-eligible orders are visible on one page. Buyers can leave feedback on as many orders as they want without having to leave the page.
* Comments are automatically filled in based on the rating the buyer clicks. The buyer can then edit the comment before submitting the feedback. This helps ensure that your good service is reflected in the comments that other buyers will see.
* The message "If your order hasn't arrived yet, please note that it's still before the delivery estimate" is much more prominent.
* The comments box is below the optional questions so buyers will be more likely to notice the questions before they leave a comment.
