amazon blocked my account
i was misled by one of amazon's rep who encouraged me to open an account at seller central and i did so. i was selling different items on both and was planning to close down one of the accounts after completing the pending orders.
i asked amazon sellers help about this too and they told me for a little while its okay to have two accounts and eventually, you can carry on with one.
totally different items, no doubling...
can someone help me reinstate the account.

Were you selling in the same categories on both accounts? If so that is probably what did it. You only use the Marketplace account to sell books, movies, or music. You can list in every other category (that is not restricted) using your SC Merchants@ account. Now if you have a Seller Central Marketplace 2.0 account there is absolutely no reason you should have been using your old Marketplace account.

thats the latest reply i got from amazon.
i never had two account in january. i just made a seller central one last week and it is just launched. no feedbacks yet.
there is some big confusion.
at the moment. my original account has negative of 5% which is to me acceptable to amazon.....
please some one please help me.
thats is my only source of income and i am stuck......please someone help me...
the second account i made was to shift all me inventory to seller central...
all different items......all under toys and games
need help....please

consistent and has failed to meet our Performance Standards.
- despite our previous warning to you, you have continued to
improperly classify the condition of your Marketplace items.
Classifying items as "New" and using your listing comments to indicate
otherwise is a violation of our policies.
We have reconsidered your request for reinstatement, and upon further
review, we have decided that your account will remain blocked.
If you still have items to ship, please take appropriate steps to
resolve your pending sales. Your Seller Account will remain accessible
and you are encouraged to refund or ship pending orders.
Any remaining funds may be reserved for up to 90 days from the date of
your final sale. After 90 days, the funds will be disbursed, provided
we do not receive charge-backs or A-to-Z Guarantee claims against your
sales. If you have further questions about your disbursement, please
email payments-funds@amazon.com.
Please understand that the closure of an account is a permanent action
and our decision concerning this matter is final. Thank you for your
understanding with our decision.

it just 6- 7 days and i was selling different toys at seller central.
i was about to close my old account when it got blocked due to negative ratings.
i brought it to 5% mark and was wishing that amazon will re open it and then i will shut it down.

Based on the contents of that email, I'm going to suggest your next step should be focusing on an Ebay account or your own website. I must regretfully inform you that unless every word of their email is incorrect, you are not getting reinstated. They believe you've got multiple policy violations and continued to violate policy after being warned. That's more or less an instant-death no-appeal death sentence here. I am sorry for your loss.

yeah but without warnings...
i mean i never had multiple acounts in january that they claim
no warnings then
then, about listing, no one mentioned that its a voilation
performce....thats the only thing they are right about but its upto 5% now
is there any hope
please.....
or can is sell my listing to someone...
can i talk to some one
should i fly to amazon's head office and present my case?

You can try making the most polite and legible explanation possible of what you just said. It might work, but I'd wager healthy money against it. I advise you to have a friend who has a gift for the written word assist you, should you decide to compose such a letter. With no personal offense intended, your posts read as if they were written by a bipolar mental patient with a poor grasp of English and no access to proper prescriptions for his condition. If your email reads the same as your posts, no Amazon employee or contractor will even take your request seriously.
