90202 Error

Anyone have any insight this error:

Error code 90202:  There is a restriction in effect at the item level (because of Item-Level gatings on an offer)

From an add-modify-delete call

Getting this error for apparently valid ASIN's and seller able to sell other products in the same category

I've been getting this error recently for some of my clients as well. I can't find it listed among the error codes. Does anyone know what this error means?
