Do you just click on "contact us?" or is there a specific place to get TAM?
The first time it happened I was able to correct it using the procedure posted above. This time, I need help.

in your seller central main page click on seller help on the top right select either the email or phone option then seleect a subcategory under fullfillment by amazon.
Let me know if this is not clear.
