I would like to archive all the fba orders that have already been fulfilled. What is the best way to do this? And how do I know which items have been sold?

Have you looks at the Orders>Orders Reports section of seller central for the last 60 days of history?

-in your FBA listing, click on the ' fillable' column to display all items that are 0 fillable
- disregard items that are -1 in your unfillable column - " " you have not received pymt for ( this is my tweak)
- after the above exceptions, click the box on the remaining list of 0 fillables for the page you are on
- drop down to the bottom of the page, to the pick list, and select ' archive items'
- press go and wait
- those items will remove from your ' active ' FBA list.
If you did this successfully, do the same for the next page. I am assuming you have a few hundred items in inventory
As additional cleanup, I go to my regular inventory , and ' close' the exact same items. You do not have to delete them, just close them.
I do this every day to manage my inventory, and to archive sold items.

Is there a faster way to achieve the above step than by manually entering each sku?

I open an FBA inventory page and alpha sort by title
I open a 2nd page, go to preferences on my regular listings and Alpha sort them ( A-Z) ( 250 max per page)
With both pages side by side, I archive( on FBA), then close the title on regular Inventory listing page.
