Some "Sold, ship now" messages not being sent

Greetings from Amazon.com.

We are currently experiencing an issue which is impacting the delivery of some "Sold, ship now" e-mail messages.  This is not impacting customer's ability to place orders on the site, only the ability to receive "Sold, ship now" e-mails.  We are actively working to resolve this issue, and will continue to post updates until the problem has been resolved.

In the meantime, sellers can locate order information in their Seller Accounts using the instructions in our Help pages:
