In August of 2006, we experienced a technical issue which led to some sellers being charged incorrect fees for orders placed on August 1st and August 2nd.  The technical issue was resolved, and fees are being charged correctly at this time.

To correct the erroneous fees charged for orders placed on these dates, we have issued miscellaneous debits and credits for those sellers who had impacted orders from August 1st and 2nd.  We have issued miscellaneous credits to sellers who were overcharged for fees, and we have issued miscellaneous debits to seller Payments accounts which were charged too little for fees due.  These debits and charges will appear in the Payments Account Summary, which can be accessed following these steps:

  1. Go to your Seller Account (www.amazon.com/seller-account).

  2. Click "View your Amazon Payments account and billing history."

  3. Click "View your Amazon Payments account summary."

  4. Sign in with your e-mail address and password combination.

To search for orders placed on August 1st and August 2nd, click "Search your Marketplace Orders" from your Seller Account page.
