Pre-Approved Selling in Toys & Games Category

As you may know, we are focused on making this holiday season the best ever. We want all third-party orders to be fulfilled in a timely manner so they're delivered by December 23, and we want the holiday season to be successful for all sellers. And so, to maintain the continued confidence of buyers and sellers in the Amazon Marketplace, we are changing the listing process for our Toys and Games store. Effective immediately, only pre-approved sellers will be able to list products in this store through 2006.
When determining which sellers can list within Toys & Games, we considered several factors, including the length of time at Amazon.com, feedback rating, sales history, guarantee claims rate, and refund rate. Those sellers who can continue to list products will be notified shortly. At this time, we are not approving additional sellers to sell within the Toys & Games category.
