FBA TEAM - Why are you not responding to open tickets from seller support?

I know there is another thread about items not being scanned in by the warehouse for weeks/months. I have the same problem. I have items that are sitting in the Lexington Warehouse now for over a month. Seller support is telling me that the FBA Team is not responding to their open tickets to provide a status. FBA TEAM - Why are you not getting back to the seller support folks with the status of these packages??

If what the OP is saying is correct (and we have no reason to believe it isn't) this is ridiculous. Sellers cannot have inventory sitting around a warehouse waiting and waiting to be processed during the holiday season.

This type of situation is what would make me run screaming from even the concept of FBA.
