Beginning at 9:00pm PST this evening, March 31, there will be a two-hour outage of the Amazon Inventory Management (AIM) service to allow for an upgrade of the AIM API backend systems. This outage is for Marketplace sellers only on Amazon.com. Sellers should not see any change as long as they are using the APIs as documented: http://g-ec2.images-amazon.com/images/G/01/07102007_AIM/Amazon_AIMS.pdf. This upgrade does not change any of the AIM APIs and should not impact users of AIM, but please post to the following discussion board if you see anomalies: http://www.amazonsellercommunity.com/forums/forum.jspa?forumID=30. Please provide following information when reporting an issue: 1) AIM API being invoked. 2) The URL request is being posted to. 3) The email id used for authentication (not needed if ID is in x-amzn-request-id response header provided). 4) The complete HTTP request (including headers, except Authorization header) that resulted in error. 5) The complete HTTP response (including headers) for the error. We'll be particularly interested in x-amzn-request-id header of the response.
