SellerEngine Plus Repricing Issues 8-21

At this time the US locale of SellerEngine Plus does not seem to be retrieving Amazon information. We're currently looking into issues with the Amazon ECS services and have calls in to Amazon. The development team is looking into the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The development team has found the issue and we are working to test the update and release it as soon as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, please know we are working as fast as we can to restore service to everyone.
If you have your preferences set to alert you when a new build is available, please update it it when it becomes available.

We have released a new build with the fix. Please restart your programs, if it doesn't alert you to a new build, please download it directly from our website at www.sellerengine.com/download.html the latest build is 1.10.8.3

Be careful - after the update I downloaded orders....525 to be exact....some dating back to june 2007.... I guess I prefered the broken version......

Cleaned up the old orders, thought I'd download again to process any orders that came in while I was fixing the fix -it happened again...over 500 orders...

This is why each 3p vendor should have their own support forum. I wish all the vendors I deal with had support forums - it makes it so much better for the users (that will use it) and frees up support personnel for the 'serious problems'...
