This evening, we will be upgrading feedback management features in the Seller Account. Sellers will soon see a new "Feedback Manager" page with tools for viewing and managing buyer feedback. You can see a sample page below. The Feedback Manager will replace the seller-only view of the "Feedback" page on the Seller Profile. Seller can access the Feedback Manager through a new "Manage your Ratings and Feedback" link in the Reports section of the Seller Account. Sellers will also be able to log into the manager through a link on their profile page. Improvements include: - Feedback details displayed in a table format for easy viewing.
- Buttons to "Respond" or "Remove Response" inline down the page with each rating.
- Quick access to the "live" Profile view from the Feedback Manager home page.
- A seller-only view of feedback distinct from the public (buyer) view.
- Streamlined interface that will facilitate future enhancements.
