Introducing your Customer Metrics Performance Scorecard

We are pleased to announce the addition of the new Performance Scorecard to the Customer Metrics section of your account.
The Performance Scorecard, located at the top of the Customer Metrics page, gives you an at-a-glance summary of whether you are meeting Amazon’s performance expectations. Your performance in each of those areas is summarized graphically as good, fair, or poor.
We’ve also added a new Notifications page to the Customer Metrics section. This page contains copies of the key policy and performance notices sent to you by Seller Performance. The “Notifications” column of your Scorecard indicates whether you have any notices that require your attention. You can read and send replies to these notices to Seller Performance directly from this page.

To view your Customer Metrics Performance Scorecard now, click "View your customer metrics summary" under the Reports heading in Your Seller Account.
