Why has the money from sales been taking so long to filter into payments where we can transfer funds? Anyone else or is it just me?

Been there within an hour. The bottleneck I see is closed auctions, not going to pending

Same here.  Have made 18 sales today, only 3 show up in payments, won't ship them until I see the money in my account.  Anyone know what the deal is today?

Same problem. I usually disperse everyday but nothing in there today.

Same here. Two sales since 9 a.m. pst have not made their way into transaction. Seller support says its a glitch  that engineers are "actively" working on. Of course its unannounced.

"The bottleneck I see is closed auctions"

If you still have funds not transferred from closed auctions, you have really BIG problems!

This has been going on for over a week, and it's getting worse and worse.

Amazon said it takes up to 4 hours for deposited funds to show up. Today, it's been much longer than that, and still no funds.

It is my opinion that Amazon should not be sending sold-ship-now emails until funds are deposited in the seller's account. Otherwise, WE are taking the risk.

Do not ship anything until Amazon gets its act together. There have been a ton of issues happening on this site for over a week now, and Amazon has yet to make a formal announcement that anything is wrong.

Whoever is running the IT ship at Amazon: Get your act together.

I've had nothing come through for over 24 hours today. Thankfully, after horrible sales numbers for the last few weeks folks seemed to finally start reading again over the weekend (sales have been brisk) but nothing I've sold since this time yesterday has shown up in the Payments.

I did ship today but won't ship tomorrow till I get some funds. I sent an email to seller support but no response yet.

Two nice sales -- one this morning, one this afternoon -- that haven't shown up in Payments yet. Amazon wasn't ready for the increase in sales, and we broke the bank already?

Thank you for posting this Tim!!!!

i have not read rest of posts but it is happening to me too .

I was VERY worried when I made a sale this morning and late afternoon $ still was not posted to my account. I needed to make a transfer of full amt today so i can go pick up cash at ATM sometime soon . I couldn't transfer thus yet cause latest sale was not posted. It used to be immediate. I hope this is not yet another permanent issue .

How long is it taking for you betw sale and money in amz acct.? Has it been just today or previous days as well? I only just noticed the issue today so not sure if this has been ongoing or not or what. I feel better i am not alone for the the sake of amazon acting to fix it , but at the same time of course not glad it is happening to any of you.

I also shipped today since it is obvious customer paid so why should they be punished is how i feel and I figure amazon can easily see if there is a descrepency since we all noticed ( or I hope so cause i need every dime right now )

since there is an announcement do you see any reason to write for the rest of us ?? I am glad you did so we can see their response ,but I am wondering if i need to also or we each do ,or best to just wait a bit at this point. I am glad Amazon is aware as I was not looking forward to contacting them to try to explain . Just in case though.. what contact addy did you use?

~ alison

Ps Sadly, I think we need to really keep an eye on Amz. & the $ these days. There was an issue with deposits not going recently too. Looked like it transferred but then never got to the bank.

i hope they go through soon too. when is the end of the banking day so far as transfers go .. 6pm or midnight or what ??

I am afraid to transfer what is there until this is fixed since i do not want to mess up any
" evidence " so I am sitting on it .Still , I need that cash ASAP ( as I am sure we all do ). I usually transfer daily if there is $ to do so . It sure would be nice to get $ in the bank sometime this week wouldn't it? ~alison
