Regarding selling in collectable catagories

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems when requesting approval to sell in collectable categories.I meet all the requirements, however I have not yet been transitioned to seller central and I'm getting a message that they don't recognize me. I called the seller help line and was given an email address to request approval however it has come back to as mail returned. Anyone else having this problem?

There was another thread where others were having similar difficulties getting responses back from Amazon. I just delisted all my collectible books. Since I can't yet answer Amazon's specific questions until my listings are completely evaluated according to strict new rules for collectibles, I haven't even applied for approval yet.
Those who have tons of quantity and offer "new" and "gift quality" as the only desirable collectible attributes. I hope Amazon plans to reject those applicants. Only time will tell.....
