Okay folks. I decided to be a guinea pig and signed up today (AZ's Charge When Ship). I actually like the way ebay works so I wanted to give Amazon's new system a try. It worked just fine. Well, long story short. I had my first sale. Shipped, put in the DC information, confirmed and checked my payment information and guess what - I got paid. 
See that wasn't so bad after all. Were there any other brave souls today? Blessings, Christina

This has me confused. You're talking about e-bay, not Amazon. Sorry, I am talking about Amazon's new Charge When Ship system that was introduced today. The title was in direct contrast to another that stated jokingly that we should PANIC.

Christina, When you hit the ship button, did you get a copy of the notification the buyer received in your email? If so, what did it say. (now if we email the buyer, we get a copy of the correspondence in our email). linda

It has been over an hour since I shipped and the money still hasn't been dispersed into my account. Don't like that. It didn't happen right away before but I should get the cash in less than an hour after confrming shipment!

I tried it also. Very easy, simple and OMG I got paid! Didn't get any confirmation that an e-mail was sent though

Signed up this morning, sold a few things today, shipped them, clicked and got paid just as fast as any other day. What do the buyers want? Their item as described and quickly. They'll have to look elsewhere for romance....

Christina Linda, Just got off the phone with CS, sorry no, we will not be getting the email in at least the initial rollout. I asked them to please put in a request for that to be added for the next phase. I also asked that they post at least a template of the email sent to the customer somewhere on the boards so we can see it. He said sure that should happen immediately. So let's all be looking for it and post it here in this thread when we find it. Christina
