Manage Inventory updates: All Listings view, new display options, and more
Posted: Jul 23, 2009 10:12 AM

Now you can see all of your open and closed listings at once with the new All Listings view in Manage Inventory. Under the Manage Your Inventory heading in your seller account, click "View your current inventory" and then click All Listings.

In the All Listings view, you can:

  • See the status of each listing: open, closed, blocked by Amazon, or incomplete
  • Take specific actions based on the status: edit, relist, or unblock listings, or finish listing incomplete listings
  • Delete a SKU entirely from your inventory, which also removes the listing from the website

You can also now set column-display preferences, and you can even set different display preferences for each listing view. To select columns to display or hide, click Preferences in the upper right corner of Manage Inventory.

While adding the All Listings view and the ability to set column-display preferences, we simplified Manage Inventory navigation:

  • Open Listings, Closed Listings, and All Listings are tabs on the left side of the page
  • Options to close or delete a listing, or convert a listing to Fulfilled by Amazon, are in a drop-down list directly below the new tabs
  • "List a new item" is now a link, next to the Preferences link in the upper right corner
