Longest time frame for FBA to receive your product?

What is the longest time frame from the time Amazon was delivered your goods to the time they acknowledged receiving it / processed it? What warehouse?
A few months ago the Indy warehouse took 4 days to receive the shipment. After that shipment Amazon changed my warehouse to Tulsa. Tulsa has just taken 6 days to receive my latest shipment and I believe it probably would have been longer had I not complained to seller help this morning.
Most of the time the warehouses are on the ball checking in orders within 24 hours. This latest shipment taking 6 days has been very frustrating though.
Interested in hearing your experiences.

Right now I have a shipment that was received by the TUL1 warehouse on 6/3, or Thursday last week. Not a big shipment either, just 700 items, 9 boxes. I've sent in 30 box shipments that were checked in within 2 days, so go figure.
It has not yet been marked as received, much less being checked in. I was bummed because it cost me a weekend of sales, in fact I just got another shipment off today.
I have noticed they are slower lately, summer slump?

We send to Coffeyville KS. They are usually pretty good about getting things in within a day or two after receiving them. They are slowwwww right now. We have three shipments waiting to be processed that they received last week. So it's not just Tulsa. Wonder what is going on??

It's crazy slow right now on the FBA side. Not only are they being super slow to receive but they are slow to ship orders too. TUL1 has 2 boxes I sent in that were received on June 3. Five days later they are still sitting there in the same received status.
I've got orders piling up too that are just sitting and sitting and sitting....I'm beginning to wonder if there was a strike and nobody told us about it.

I've got the exact same issue. My items arrived in TUL1 on 6/3 as well. Called and emailed Seller Support without any resolution. They begged me to sign up for FBA, and now they are treating me very poorly indeed.

TUL1 used to be a really efficient warehouse. I don't know what's happened to them but it's not good. They used to get stuff received and processed within a day or so. Not anymore. Now it hits the dock and just sits around for awhile.
If this kind of service keeps up I will reconsider using FBA 100% and start shipping my own stuff again. They are terrible right now. Even when they finally do get around to receiving stuff, then they lose something. My last 2 shipments were not received completely due to "missing" items that were in the box when it left me. I label all my stuff and I am very meticulous about it. If they can't find it then THEY lost it. I'm disturbed to see this trend as well.

About 4 days after they were dropped off at the UPS store. The transit time is about 2 days.
Not bad.

I am having the same problem with TUL1. Normally my shipments have been received and closed in 1 or 2 days after arrival. I now have a number of boxes that still show as SHIPPED even though UPS says then have been delivered over 3 days ago. Frustrating to say the least. Hopefully someone from Amazon is reading.

I just spoke with an Amazon FBA specialist. She said that even if UPS drops the shipment off on a specific day and you have proof, that doesn't count as a receipt. Only when Amazon marks the item as received does the clock start. So, basically, boxes could sit on the dock for as long as Amazon wants until they decide to process them. Like others stated above, I need to re-think participation in FBA, particularly with recent reviews of poor service at TUL1.

I am meticulous as well. I triple-check my boxes prior to shipping. The specialist just told me that it appears one item is missing. Wonder if there is some theft going on in Coffeyville warehouse? It would not surprise me...

I hate to think that but in all honesty the same thought has crossed my mind as well. Some of the things that go missing are things that can easily slip into a pant or shirt pocket and go unnoticed.
I used to love this warehouse because they were so efficient. Now it seems like they are falling apart at the seams. Maybe they need some new management up there.

We are having the same problem with Coffeyville. They are extremely slow in receiving our shipments. It used to take a day or two at the latest but now it has taken about a week after UPS has delivered the shipments to get received. It may have just been a coincidence but it seems like just after the FBA survey was taken the service went downhill!

I agree with you. My FBA shipments go to Reno. My experience is only 3 weeks and its going well, no complaint.
I usually ship 3 boxes per week.Today, I have a 4 box FBA going out this am. The box weights average 35-40 lbs, 20-25 items per box. 80% books, some PS games and toys
It would take an extra 5 minutes ( of organization) per box to take a photo- as proof (on my side), to show I did pack the item(s) in the FBA box.
